Aurora scooters are build by offshore manufacturing companies. ActivLife performs background and performance checks before contracting with a manufacturer. ActivLife contracts with manufacturers that have U.S. warehouse.

Maintain your scooter and it should last a long time. But as with most products, it is subject to wear and tear. The present limited warranty is only valid if the original buyer registered the warranty within the thirty (30) days period immediately following the date of purchase.

ActivLife Aurora scooters warranty is valid only if the product is used for its intended purposes and for which it was designed.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Products used for rental or other commercial use.
  • Products that have been damaged by negligence, misuse or accident, or wear due to owner’s failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.
  • Products which have been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons. Change in appearance of products due to wear, exposure or any other environmental condition.
  • Normal wear and tear due to the normal use of the product.

During the warranty period, ActivLife is obliged only to repair or replace, at its discretion, parts, at either its business location or by an authorized third-party service center, as decided by ActivLife.

Transportation costs to and from the appointed place of repair or replacement are at the expense of the eScooter owner. ActivLife is not responsible 1) for any damages incurred in transport 2) for storing or transportation fees 3) nor for inconvenience or loss of time or money while repairs are being made.

Any repair of products must be accompanied by a ActivLife scooter authorization number obtained by you and which can only be issued by emailing ActivLife Customer Service Department between 10 am and 5 pm Pacific Standard Time Monday-Friday (except Holidays) at customersuccess@activlife.net. The repair of any ActivLife product will not be accepted by ActivLife without this authorization number.

The 30 days warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty by ActivLife in connection with its above-mentioned products and ActivLife makes no warranties or representations, expressed or implied (including warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose) in such connection except as specifically set in this warranty.

All incidental and/or consequential damages are excluded from this warranty. Implied warranties are limited to the life of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you special legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights which may vary from state to state.
